What are the chamber diameters of L.C. Smith shotguns?

The chamber diameter varied slightly over the many years of production.

In 1907 Hunter Arms listed the chamber diameters as:

  • 12 gauge--0.811 inches
  • 16 gauge--0.745 inches
  • 20 gauge--0.697 inches

In 1936 the diameters were listed as:

  • 12 gauge--0.809 inches
  • 16 gauge--0.745 inches
  • 20 gauge--0.698 inches
  • .410 Bore-0.4765 inches
