What does the LLH stamped on the barrels of my L.C. Smith shotgun mean ?

This is a 1948 .410 Ideal Grade with 'Belgium LLH' on the right barrel over-stamped with 'London Steel.'

Crucible Steel Co. purchased rough forged barrel tubes from Laurent Lochet-Habran of Belgium. Barrels may still have the 'LLH' trade mark after grinding and the final fit & finish. The ‘LLH’ of Laurent Lochet-Habran has been found on L.C. Smith Royal, Armor, London, Crown and Nitro steel barrels, Hunter Arms Fulton and "Ranger" for Sears, Lefever, Fox, Crescent, Baker (after about 1907 and marked "Nitro Rolled Steel" and "Fluid Temper Steel"), and Ithaca Flues, NID and Lefever Nitro Special, and Westernfield Deluxe/Western Arms Long Range guns.  LLH marked barrels have been found on Smith guns manufactured from 1914 to 1948.
